I have a passion for a brand's presence and how that presence shows up in the details. Defining and creating the soul of the brand, the culture of the organization, and the values or purpose for existing is paramount. This is not new thinking; however, so many brands still struggle with the execution of this very important piece. Ultimately, translating the story, the reason for being, across the business and keeping it living, is where the challenge lies.
Having spent almost two decades in corporate America, I intimately know the complexities of growing companies and challenging businesses. I have had opportunities to support building brands, re-defining cultures, and leading the efforts to create operating models that align with the brand's mission and purpose.
